Introduction

 Within the framework of the project entitled “From the Grove to the Market” which is implemented by the Applied Research Institute Jerusalem (ARIJ) a Palestinian Non-Governmental Organization, Fair Trade Development Center (FTDC),  The Economic and Social Development Center of Palestine (ESDC), Business Women Forum (BWF) and Oxfam GB that aims at  enabling  small and medium scale farmers from vulnerable and poor households in the West Bank to have fair and equitable access to commercial markets within a conducive institutional and policy environment, resulting in increased food and income security and greater resilience to, and ability to respond to, shocks and disasters.

Within the same framework the project also targets National Extension agent from MOA  and other  Palestenian NGOs  to build their capacity to be  able to provide  palestenian  olive oil farmers with high quality extension services and advice to enable them to increase their productivity , quantitevly and qualitively Read More
