The project aims to strengthen the capacities of local  youth civil society actors to influence municipal councils to adopt participatory and accountable governance practices, in addition to promoting the culture of Participatory Governance. Project objectives will be accomplished through establishing local youth community committees, conducting training sessions on participatory governance, producing drama sketches in local radios, publishing newspaper articles, and employing social media for this purpose.
