The booklet presents an overview of Bethlehem 21 project, and the strategic planning process. In addition, it includes the main elements of the local sustainability action strategy for Bethlehem City, 2009-2019, which includes those for Battir village; Beit Jala, Za’tara, Beit Sahour, Al Khader, and Ed Doha.
