The paper discusses the previous plans and events that were proposed as a solution to water conflict in the Middle East. It gives a view about the current situation and then discusses why all previous solutions have failed, due to many reasons including: unrealistic demands, inequality and neglect of inhabitants' rights, increasing mistrust and lack of cooperation, lack of scientific objectivity, neglect of geopolitical boundaries, and lack of Arab expertise.
