The paper discusses the physical characteristics and rainfall ranges in Palestine. It then moves forward to present water resources in Palestine including mountain aquifer (western, northeastern, eastern), Gaza coastal aquifer, and The Jordan River system. The paper also includes talking about the impact of drought, water consumption, and the constraint on water resources, which include political, technical, infrastructural, and data accessibility constraints. Then, the paper presents proposed solutions to the political dispute, and to the enhancement of water efficiency.
