The paper presents current water supply and sanitation conditions in the West Bank & Gaza. It discusses water sector policies and strategies, and current institutional development. In addition, the paper reviews major investment projects in the water sector, and major capacity building projects. It also presents a needs assessment and vulnerability analysis, and concludes with recommendations for potential ADC involvement.
