توطيدا لاواصر العمل: معهد أريج والمركز العربي للتخطيط البديل
يوقعان اتفاقية تعاون وعمل مشترك


بيت لحم / وقعت ظهر امس اتفاقية عمل وتعاون مشترك ما بين معهد الابحاث التطبيقية – أريج والمركز العربي للتخطيط البديل – أكاب ومركزه عيلبون في منطقة الجليل وجاء توقيع هذه الاتفاقية كثمرة للتعاون الكبير والمشترك بين المؤسستين في السابق في العديد من المشاريع البحثية المشتركة والتي تتعلق بالتنمية والتخطيط للمدن العربية في الداخل الفلسطيني ومنطقة 1948 والاراضي الفلسطينية بكل ما يرافقه ذلك من انتهاك من قبل قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي للأراضي الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة.

  


وقام د. نصري قمصية رئيس مجلس ادارة المعهد بتوقيع اتفاقية التعاون مع رئيس مجلس ادارة المركز العربي للتخطيط البديل د. حنا سويد والنائب العربي في الكنيست عن الجبهة الديمقراطية للسلام والمساواة وبحضور د. جاد اسحق المدير العام لمعهد أريج ونائبه م. نادر هريمات ورائد عبد ربه مدير العلاقات العامة وعن المركز العربي مديرة المركز م. عناية البنا والسيد سامر سلامه المدير الاداري للمركز.

  


ومن الجدير ذكره بان اتفاقية التعاون بين المؤسستين تتعلق بتبادل المعلومات بين المؤسستين والعمل المشترك لدعم القدرات البحثية والفنية والإدارية الخاصة بتخطيط مدن الضفة الغربية ومدينة القدس بالإضافة الى المناطق العربية المحتلة في العام 1948 بالإضافة الى العمل المشترك لتوعية الفلسطينيين في الضفة والداخل بحقوقهم في المشاركة في التخطيط العمراني لمدنهم والعمل المشترك لبناء قاعدة معلوماتية في مجال التخطيط العمراني والتخطيط البديل في المنطقة. ومن ناحية اخرى تنص اتفاقية التعاون على القيام بمشاريع دراسية وأبحاث مشتركة في مجال التخطيط العمراني للتجمعات الفلسطينية في المنطقة مع القيام بنشاطات مشتركة تهدف إلى تطوير التخطيط العمراني الفلسطيني وبلورة السياسات اللازمة لإدارته والحفاظ على المقدرات الفلسطينية والعمل المشترك على تطوير القدرات البشرية في مجالي التخطيط العمراني والمساندة القانونية بما في ذلك الدورات التدريبية والبرامج التوعوية بالإضافة الى العمل المشترك على رصد الامتداد العمراني للمستوطنات الاسرائيلية وتأثيره على التنمية والتطور العمراني الفلسطيني في كلا الجانبين.

 

Applied Research Institute– Jerusalem (ARIJ) &
the Arab Center for Alternative Planning (ACAP) Sign a Cooperation Agreement and Joint Work

A new working agreement and a joint cooperation between the Applied Research Institute – Jerusalem (ARIJ) and the Arab Center for Alternative Planning (ACAP), based in Eilabun, Galilee region, the signing of the agreement resulted as a fruit of the continued and joint cooperation between the two institutions in the past in several joint research & development projects in the fields of sustainable planning in the main localities in Palestine and in the occupied Palestine 1948.

  

Dr. Nasri Qumsiyeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ARIJ, signed the agreement of cooperation with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Center for Alternative Planning (ACAP) Dr. Hana Swaid and the Arabic MK for the Democratic Front for Peace and Equality, the agreement were signed in the presence of Dr. Jad Isaac, Director General of ARIJ and his Deputy Eng. Nader Hrimat and Raed Abed Rabbo, director of public relations, from ACAP also attended the director of the Arab Center Eng. Enaya Banna and Mr. Samer Salameh the administrative director. 

  

It is worth mentioning, that the cooperation agreement between the two institutions also includes the exchange of experience and work together to support research capacity, technical and urban planning of cities in the West Bank and Jerusalem, in addition to Arab areas occupied in 1948. Moreover, the agreement encourages working together to educate the Palestinians in the West Bank and the Palestinians in the occupied Palestine 1948 of their rights to participate in Urban Planning issues, and work together to build a database in the field of urban and alternative planning in the region.

  

On the other hand, the agreement stipulates cooperation to carry out projects, seminars and joint research in the field of Urban Planning of the Palestinian communities in the region based on a common and mutual goals to develop the Sustainable Urban Planning of the Palestinian areas and develop the policies needed to manage and maintain the capabilities of the Palestinian people and the development of human capacity in the fields of urban planning and the provision of legal support including training and awareness programs.
