Israel to start building new settlement called “Nawar” located east of Ma’aleh ‘Amos settlement southeast of Gutsh Etzion settlement bloc. Within the upcoming two weeks the construction of 60 housing units (out of 300 to be built within the next year) will start in the proposed site which is located in Bethlehem Desert area.
