The main objective of this project is to increase food security, income generating and competitiveness of agricultural cooperatives sector in Palestine. The project will result in improving the level of food security and effectiveness of the agricultural sector in Palestine and to raise the level of food security of small farmers in the Bethlehem, Hebron and Ramallah districts and upgrading the small farmers’ level of competence in farming. Furthermore, the project will seek to enhance, the quality and hygiene of fresh vegetable products, improving the quality of packaging towards increasing the sale of the agro-commodities food of Palestinian cooperatives. Lastly, to help the cooperatives develop their business attitude.
