The project seeks to empower Palestinian rural women in the West Bank by addressing the impact of Israeli military orders and occupation on their economic resilience and livelihoods. It aims to raise awareness of these women’s rights, build their resilience, and encourage advocacy against settler violence and occupation practices.

Key objectives include first; Identifying challenges faced by rural women and small-scale farmers, particularly in accessing resources like land, water, and crops in Area C, which are impacted by occupation policies. Second; empowering recent female graduates from Salfit and Tubas in fields like media and journalism to document occupation impacts on women. This also involves strengthening rural women’s capacity by analyzing and supporting their existing strategies for overcoming these challenges. Lastly, the project aims to engaging stakeholders through advocacy and dissemination, using diverse communication methods to share project-produced materials, such as fact sheets and village profiles, at community, regional, and national levels.

The project will use research, storytelling, and media engagement to raise public awareness, foster alliances, and support policy advocacy.
