The paper was presented in the 2nd International Conference on Water Values and Water Rights. It gives an introduction about water and its resources in Palestine, then moves to discuss water and peace, and the tries for maintaining better management and development of its new sources. The paper also discusses the Israeli-Palestinian interim agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, the transfer of authority, protocol concerning civil affairs, modalities of transfer, water and sewage. In addition, the paper talks about the international law and Israeli water policy in the oPT, and the water wrongs in Palestine.
