The objective of the project is to institutionalize governance practices in the Palestinian Cooperative Sector and to increase outreach of Cooperatives to the Palestinian public especially youth.
The project is designed to strengthen organizational capacity of ARIJ in Human Resources E-Office Administration System and in E-Project Management System. Also, it will improve financial transparency and literacy of targeted cooperatives while ensuring that governance practices are institutionalized. In addition, delegation and separation of duties in cooperatives will be increased and cooperative sector policies will be created and updated. Moreover, advocacy and influencing capacity of ARIJ will be improved.
